There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns - no exceptions. No returns after 30 days of receipt. Returns must have no physical damage and include ALL original packaging.
Should the product be found to be defective during the warranty period ngnsky will replace, repair or issue you a credit. We are not able to pay for shipping either direction.

We deliver with DHL, all orders can be tracked on DHL website , most order deliver within 5 workday, certain international order need 2-14days.
You can choose other shipping method like UPS etc,but the shipping cost may be different.
